At SPARROWS Lock Picks, we want you to be fully satisfied with your tactical apparel and gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, your refund or exchange will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
